My 3 year old daugter has a green discharge coming from the vaginal area what could this be?

Ok so for a few weeks now I have been treating my daughter for ring worm. Now all of a sudden she is getting this real green mucousy discharge coming from her vagina. I was thinking yeast infection since she has ring worm but wasnt sure because of the green discharge. It basically looks like snot but in the vagina area. I am just curious what it could be? She does have an appointment coming up but I still would like to who what others think this could be and if anyone else has experienced this in their children?

I am sure this is an infection.Anything green usually is.
I would talk with the doctor asap.Do not do any treatments on your own.
It could also be some sort of reaction to the medication she is on,though I have not heard of this one myself.
She most likely will need antibiotics.In the mean time give her some cranberry juice.
I do know as a nurse,that doctors will also look into any form of sexual abuse as well.
